Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GrindGuideAI, operated by JJ Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GrindGuideAI. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Free Plan

GrindGuideAI offers a free tier that includes access to all Level 1 challenges and a limited number of AI coach messages per day. No credit card is required for the free plan.

3. Pro Subscription

Pro is $8.00 CAD per month, billed automatically through Stripe.
Your subscription renews monthly on the same date it started unless cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from your account's Profile tab or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to bypass rate limits, spoof your identity, or abuse the AI coach system
Share, resell, or redistribute challenge content or AI-generated advice
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the application

5. Not Financial Advice

GrindGuideAI provides general educational content and AI-generated suggestions for side income ideas. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Earnings estimates are illustrative and not guaranteed. Results vary based on individual effort, local market conditions, and many other factors. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content in the app.

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI coach uses Anthropic's Claude model to generate responses. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always apply your own judgment before acting on AI advice. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from AI-generated suggestions.

7. Intellectual Property

All challenge content, copy, design, and software in GrindGuideAI is owned by JJ Digital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GrindGuideAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular challenge will result in income. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJ Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost profits or data loss.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Sections 5, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JJ Digital operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
